Good Chair

I’ve been using this desk chair in my GP surgery and I’m very pleased with it. It’s comfortable to sit in for long periods, sturdy, and feels well-made. It provides good support throughout the day and moves smoothly when needed. For the price, it’s excellent value for money. Simple, functional, and does exactly what I need – highly recommend for any professional setting.

So, this is a mixed review.

First, the chair is comfy and well made, feels like a quality chair.

Second, the people in customer service were great.

Now the poor side.. I paid to get the chair pre-built and had to contact the company after 7 days for a delivery update. At least they were honest and essentially said the dispatch note from the warehouse had been forgotten. If I hadn’t contacted them I’d still be waiting.

When the chair arrived one of the screw caps was missing and there is a mark across the back of the chair. Customer service dispatched a replacement set of screw covers which arrived next day, and also arranged a replacement chair back which arrived the next day also.

Now I have to dismantle and rebuild the chair, so I asked for a refund on the prebuilt option which was given.

I also have to dispose of the spare chair back myself (which my local council tip doesn’t accept).

To summarise then;
- the chair is comfy and good quality.
- good responsive customer service

- marred by a couple of inconveniences and emails back and forth.

Everything from ordering to delivery went smoothly.
So pleased with the quality of the product.
Will recommend this company 100%.

Just the same as the last one, which only fell apart after about fifteen years of daily use. A must for the home office, or any office, where you have carpets and castor wheels on your computer chair. Back to rolling around with no effort, or damage to the carpet.
